Home insp - $350+
Depends on size of property and ancillary service.
A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house.
Sewer Scope- $150
A sewer scope is a video inspection of the lateral sewer line leading from the house at/near the foundation and connecting to the city or HOA tap or septic tank.
Radon/Mold -$100ea
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer. You can’t see or smell radon. Testing is the only way to know your level of exposure.
Draw Inspection/Foundation inspections
We partner with many national engineering firms, builders and lenders to update and analyze new structures and current builds to satisfy lending needs.
